By visiting Starlight Harbor Casino Resort ("the Resort") or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our facilities or services.

2. Age Requirement

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to enter the casino gaming areas, gamble, or consume alcoholic beverages at our resort. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. The Resort reserves the right to request identification at any time. Individuals under 18 are not permitted in gaming areas.

3. Gaming Rules and Regulations

All gaming activities are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The Resort reserves the right to:

  • Establish and modify gaming rules, table limits, and machine settings
  • Refuse service to any person
  • Exclude individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or violate gaming regulations
  • Withhold payment of winnings pending verification and investigation
  • Correct errors in payouts or game malfunctions

4. Responsible Gaming Policy

Starlight Harbor Casino Resort is committed to responsible gaming. We provide resources for guests who may be experiencing gambling problems, including:

  • Time and spending limit tools
  • Educational materials about responsible gaming

5. Code of Conduct

  • Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward staff or other guests
  • Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
  • Counting cards or using advantage play techniques (management discretion)
  • Intoxication that impairs judgment or creates a disturbance
  • Photography or video recording in gaming areas without permission

6. Liability and Disclaimers

The Resort is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Injuries or accidents on the premises except where caused by our negligence
  • Losses incurred through gaming activities
  • Technical malfunctions of gaming equipment or systems

Gaming involves risk, and losses are possible. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

7. VIP Club and Rewards Program

Membership in our VIP Club and participation in rewards programs are subject to separate terms and conditions. Benefits may be modified or discontinued at any time. Points and rewards have no cash value and are not transferable. The Resort reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of program rules.

8. Privacy and Surveillance

The Resort uses video surveillance throughout the property for security, safety, and regulatory compliance purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your visit to the Resort or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nevada law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Modifications

The Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal laws. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Clark County, Nevada.
